As the season changes from autumn to winter, I’d like to set this month’s theme as bouquets. Which may seem confusing, so allow me to illustrate.
When I think about a bouquet, I think about variety, vibrancy, and visuals.
To put this in the perspective of our theme, I’m suggesting we use this month to add variety to our lives, be vibrant, and improve on visuals.
For example, one way you could add variety to life is by taking a different route home or changing your typical phrases, just a small change to your routine.
An example of being vibrant could be smiling at a stranger, giving a random compliment. This gives off vibrancy, it shows your enthusiasm and kindness.
Lastly, when I say “improve visuals” I’m not referring to weight loss or brighter teeth, but rather your composure, posture, the way you’re perceived.
Ways to improve upon this is by walking with your head high, standing up tall, or having a smile. This shows that you’re approachable, inviting, which further adds to creating a better visual.
Additionally, adding pastels/colour in general can help soften your look, further enhancing confidence and your aura.
All in all, through variety, vibrancy, and visuals, you can make your bouquet fresher, eye-catching, and overall improved.
