Recognizing that everyone is on their unique walk of life, Sophie works with her clients through the most suitable therapeutic treatment for their needs. She has 15 years of extensive experiences championing Human Resources, Diversity Equity and Inclusion and Women in Leadership in both public and private organizations. As an advocate for growth and development, Sophie would like to support her clients in creating meaningful change.

Polina Sabanova is a registered student therapist at Renew Psychology. She is currently completing her Master's in Counselling Psychology program. Her approach is based on empathy, confidentiality, professionalism, and client-centered. Polina focuses on helping her clients through challenging times while providing them with a safe, warm and non-judgemental space and using evidence based practice.

Lucy Hirayama, is a registered student therapist completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She has an extensive background in the public and private sector, working with individuals with diverse cultural backgrounds and complex mental health needs.
Lucy believes that each client is an expert of their story and recognizes the unique strengths within each individual. She is motivated and passionate to help clients utilize their strengths to create meaningful change and live to their greatest potential. Lucy is dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment that supports and empowers clients in their journey.

Madison Fai, BA
Madison is a registered student therapist completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She has an extensive background in education sector, working with adolescents and adults to discover their inner strength and navigate life's challenges. Madison believes that "story follows state." This means is that each individual's story and their emotional states are connected, hence, it is important to understand emotional states as life stories unfold in transformative ways.
Madison works with her clients in co-regulating, and creating a safe and supportive environment to facilitate self-discovery, personal growth and freedom. She walks alongside her clients as they collaboratively uncover strengths and resources to manage obstacles and create a meaningful life.
Clients should feel welcome during their visits and will be treated with warmth and sincerity.
