Upon completing an assessment, our psychologists will provide comprehensive feedback including a diagnosis (if applicable), recommendations for treatment, accommodations, and strategies
to manage or overcome the mental health conditions.

How long does each therapy session take?Each session is 50 minutes long. For families and couples, 90 minute sessions are also available. For assessments, the times vary depending on the type of assessment. Please contact me for more information. Please note that there is flexibility to arrange a meeting in different quadrants of the city. Currently, this is available in North West Calgary and Downtown area.

What approaches do you use?I support individuals using diverse strength-based approaches that rely on concepts such as self–efficacy, mindfulness, and unconditional respect. I tailor each support using practical tools from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Positive Psychology, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and concepts of Mindfulness.

What is your rate per session?The fee per session is $200. The fee for specialized service may be different. For more information please click here for a general understanding of average rates. Please note: benefits coverage varies for each provider, please check your provider's requirements.

Do you offer sliding scale rates?Yes, the sliding scale is available. Please call for more information.
Assessment Hours and Costs
Costs are determined by the number of hours required to complete the assessment.

Renew Psychology follows the Psychological Association of Alberta’s (PAA) recommended fee structure.
